For the Mlynky Wellness Resort, a mortgage finance package with one of the largest banks in Slovakia has been negotiated and is available to investors subject to status and at their discretion;

• 80% loan-to-purchase off plan mortgages
• Maximum of 30 years tenure or reduced term up to investor’s age of 65
• 5.3% interest rate
• No application fee for Fareps clients
• No separate mortgage success fee as l fees are covered within the €600

• 1. The €600 fee is payable on the signing of the FPC contract.
• 2. PASS Slovakia will conduct preliminary mortgage scoring for Fareps investors and issue a preliminary acceptance letter.
• 3. PASS Slovakia also guarantees a 100% fee refund in case of failure to those who they do not obtain a mortgage for.
