Fareps aim to provide a one-stop service for property owners. To ensure the handover of your off-plan property is completed smoothly, Fareps partner with independent and local property management companies. We only partner with experienced companies who can provide a professional, personalised and efficient service that meets our customer’s expectations.

Property Management Services can assist new home owners with their pre-handover inspection conducted with the Property Developer prior to completion of the property. A member of the Property Management Team will attend the inspection either in conjunction with the new homeowner and the developer’s representative, or for those new homeowners based overseas, can attend the inspection on behalf of the homeowner.

Pre-handover inspection includes

• A thorough and detailed written report which will be provided within 4 business days constant follow up inspections (until rectification works have been completed by the developer)
• Any further information and/or telephone support required by the buyer after reports are delivered

Handover package includes

• Key and property handover acceptance from developer
• Conduct a thorough snagging list on the interior/exterior of property
• Assess and monitor all the repairs and works are completed by contractors
• Transfer electricity and water accounts into owners name
• Provide approved access to the property for delivery of furniture/maintenance etc
• Inspect furniture inventory for quality control and acknowledge receipt
• If the property is under warranty, conduct a final inspection to ensure all problems are fixed before they become chargeable
• Any services required within the property arranged i.e. painting/ cleaning/ maintenance/ satellite and telephone connections (Suppliers costs would apply)
