SIPPS/SSAS can invest in commercial property in the UK and overseas including condotel suites and Buy-to-let hotel rooms which are not to be used for residential letting and where no personal usage for the pension fund owner is permitted.

All units at Himmapan Beach Samui Resort, Serenity Spa Hotel (Koh Phangan) and Pangea Golf & Spa Hotel (Phuket) meet the above criteria and are therefore eligible for SIPP/SSAS investment. As these units are being effectively purchased by UK pension trustees on behalf of their beneficiaries, you may be sure these products are fully compliant with current FSA and Inland Revenue regulations.
